Order Placement and Acceptance


1.1 By confirming your purchase at the end of the checkout process, you agree to accept and pay for the products, as well as all shipping and handling charges and taxes as may be applicable.


1.2 MuchPetter reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations, pricing errors, or fraud detection. If your payment has already been charged, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.


1.3 MuchPetter reserves the right to limit quantities per person or household and to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers.


Shipping Policy


2.1 We ship only within India to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate — we are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses, nor can we redirect shipments once dispatched.


2.2 Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. MuchPetter is not responsible for damage after delivery.


2.3 If your order is cancelled, lost, or undelivered, we will refund the full order amount including any shipping charges paid.


Delivery


3.1 Orders are dispatched via courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and Porter. A tracking number will be shared via email and WhatsApp once your order is shipped.


3.2 To change your delivery address, contact our customer support before the order is shipped. Additional charges may apply.


Damage During Transit


4.1 If you receive a damaged, pilfered, or tampered order, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be entertained.


To process your claim, please keep the following ready:

- Do not use the affected item.

- Photos of the damaged packaging and product.

- Do not dispose of the packaging for 3-4 days post-delivery.


4.2 Refunds for damaged orders will be processed after investigation. Claims may be rejected if adequate information or photos are not provided.


Cancellation Policy


5.1 Cancellation by the Customer

You can cancel your order any time before it has been processed or shipped. Contact our customer support and we will refund the full amount paid. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.


5.2 Cancellation by MuchPetter

In some situations, we may need to cancel your order — including stock unavailability, address issues, pricing errors, or payment failure. We will reach out within 2 business days with refund or exchange options.
